1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Njagi Creative Print for services that do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or are deemed unsatisfactory. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of delivery of the services.

2. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us with details of the issue and supporting documentation. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and will be issued via the original method of payment.

3. No Refunds for Customized Services: Refunds will not be provided for services that have been customized or personalized to your specifications, including but not limited to printing and design services.

4. Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled before work has commenced or materials have been produced. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be subject to a cancellation fee to cover any costs incurred up to that point.
