- Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the services provided by Njagi Creative Print, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
- Services: Njagi Creative Print offers digital & offset Printing, desktop publishing, and website design services to organisations and businesses. All services including book printing are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
- Orders and Payments: By placing an order with Njagi Creative Print, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with the services requested. Payments must be made in full before the commencement of work or delivery of goods. In the Worst scenarios, 80% should be paid with balances after delievery.
- Intellectual Property: All content, designs, and materials provided by Njagi Creative Print are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from Njagi Creative Print.
- Limitation of Liability: Njagi Creative Print shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.
- Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
